If you found a Product Damaged or Faulty, You and your product can be qualify for the return and refund. But in any case, you change your mind about the product and want to return it then you may contact seller through Message Seller by going into your orders and then click on the seller profile, If seller agrees then your product can be return and refund.
The Following Steps must be followed:
1- Product should not be used by you.
2- Product should be with Tags as received. (optional)
3- Return request should be sent with in 7 days after the order you received. If later, no steps will be taken for the return & refund.
4- Refunded amount will be credited to Customers’s Account wallet. You can use your amount anytime at JinnieWorld™.
